1. Item Condition and Evaluation
- “As-Is” condition: All vintage items are sold “as-is” and “where-is,” with all faults and imperfections.
- Grading and age: Dates, eras, and condition grades (e.g., “Mint,” “Excellent,” “Fair”) are subjective estimates.
- Photo supremacy: Product photographs form a core part of the description; buyers must inspect all images for wear.
- Pre-bid inquiries: Buyers are responsible for requesting extra photos or condition reports before placing a bid.
2. Authenticity and Provenance
- No explicit warranties: Descriptions do not guarantee absolute historical provenance, material purity, or designer brand authenticity.
- Good faith: Items are catalogued using the best information available from current collectors and appraisers.
- Expert opinions: Third-party grading certificates (e.g., for coins, comic books, sports cards) are provided as-is from the grading company, if any.

- All sales are final: Vintage auction items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
